So if, as it does, the CIA uses drones to assassinate al qaeda and other terrorism suspects with a finding, that is somehow okay, while if US CIA officers are being clandestinely infiltrated into a country to hunt down and kill al Qaeda suspects, it is not. The controversy is that the CIA was going to secretly send personnel to hunt down and assassinate suspects, where they could presumably be found out and arrested and people wouldn't have diplomatic immunity if caught, etc. ?
